This website is operated by Kevin McKeown Art (ABN 75 621 246 931). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kevin McKeown Art. By visiting this website and/or purchasing artwork, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

Artwork & Authenticity

All original artworks are created by Kevin McKeown. Limited edition prints are produced in small, clearly defined editions. Each artwork listing includes details of size, medium and edition information where applicable.

Due to the nature of original art and screen calibration differences, colours may vary slightly from what is shown on your device.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Kevin McKeown Art does not store or have access to your credit card details.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Copyright & Usage

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Kevin McKeown. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.

Artworks may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without written permission from the artist.

Order Refusal & Cancellation

Kevin McKeown Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including due to pricing errors, availability issues or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia.

Shipping & Delivery

Original Artworks

All original artworks are carefully packed and shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

Australia

Free shipping within Australia
Larger works may be shipped rolled in a protective tube to ensure safe and economical delivery
All original artworks are shipped with tracking and insurance

International

Free international shipping is available for original artworks
Works up to 90 × 60 cm are shipped flat
Larger works may be shipped rolled in a protective tube to ensure safe and economical delivery
All international shipments include tracking and insurance

Rolled shipping is a standard fine art practice for larger works. Canvases are carefully protected and are designed to be safely re-stretched by a professional framer at the destination.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the rare event that an artwork requires special handling beyond standard shipping methods, the buyer will be contacted prior to dispatch.

Limited edition prints are produced and shipped by professional print partners.

Australia & International

Free shipping within Australia and internationally
Prints are produced and shipped from the professional print partner closest to the buyer’s location where possible
All print orders include tracking

Delivery times vary by destination and production schedules.

Packaging & Insurance

All original artworks are professionally packed to ensure safe delivery
Insurance is included for all original artwork shipments
Limited edition prints are securely packaged by professional print partners

If an artwork arrives damaged, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs so the issue can be resolved promptly.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country.

Returns

Original Artworks (Australia only)
Original artworks purchased within Australia may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
A full refund will be issued once the artwork is safely returned

International Purchases
Due to the cost, complexity, and risk associated with international shipping, returns on original artworks are not accepted for international orders, unless the artwork arrives damaged.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so that an insurance claim can be lodged.

Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints are made to order and are non-returnable, except in the event of a printing or transit issue
